EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are a customer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

For subscriptions or orders involving regular deliveries over a set period, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or someone you designate, receives the first delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at alderwickadventures@gmail.com within the 14-day period and clearly let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase.

If you have already received physical goods, we may ask you to return them. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items should be sent back in good condition and without unnecessary handling beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect them.

Once a valid withdrawal is received, we will refund eligible payments in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method.

Personalized items: Certain Alderwick Adventures materials may be personalized for the recipient. Where permitted by applicable law, goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected by this policy.
